Our Mission
Our mission is to empower immigrant women in our community and support them in developing financial literacy and business acumen to enable them to gain socio-economic autonomy.
Our Program
We are dedicated to empowering vulnerable, entrepreneurial immigrant women in our community and supporting them in developing essential business and leadership skills to start their own business and gain financial independence to benefit them, their families and our community. We do this through entrepreneurship and leadership skills courses, individual mentorships and grants.

The For Sisters program focuses on education and empowerment through partnerships with the Thunderbird School of Global Management and Fundacion Amandi. The DreamBuilder course equips women with essential business and financial skills, while the “Discover Your Personal Power” workshop hones leadership
and empowerment skills.

The For Sisters program pairs DreamBuilder graduates with experienced mentors to refine their business plans and prepare for competitions. These mentors offer guidance, resources, and support to help participants overcome challenges and build confidence on their entrepreneurial journey.

Graduates from the business course are eligible to participate in the business plan competition, where they present their business idea to our Board of Directors for a chance to win grants
to finance their business.
